About the event
About Te Ara Awataha: Northcote’s greenway runs through the heart of the town, following the recently daylighted Awataha stream.
This greenway connects several local reserves with each other and with the community, creating a vibrant, interconnected natural space. Our work on the ecosystems along this stream started in 2019 at what is now called Papa Ki Awataha | Jessie Tonar Scout Reserve.
