The Happy Healthy Kitchen and IHC New Zealand presents Morning tea with Cath.
Come along and meet Cath, who has been delivering healthy cooking workshops for people with intellectual disabilities over the last three years.
Enjoy trying some healthy tasty recipes and find out more about the brand new cooking website.
Anyone part of the Disability community is welcome to attend, including individuals and families.
This is a free event. Cath looks forward to meeting you!
