About the event
An 8 session workshop every Thursday from 9 October–27 November | 6.00pm–8.00pm
Art Therapy offers a gentle and playful way of expressing your thoughts and feelings whilst promoting mindfulness. A variety of exciting art mediums will be used. No art skills required, just a willingness to experiment and explore through the art interventions and themes offered.
